Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for constructibility, consultation, project management, and coordination with clients on multi-discipline technology projects.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong level of project management, technical and product knowledge in the following areas:

developing proposals and solution responses to City, State and Federal Government Change Order requests while working in a collaborative manner with Telenet VoIP, Inc's Engineers, Installers, and Managers

knowledge of ANSI TIA/EIA Standards, BICSI Standards, NFPA Codes

proficiency in preparation of Schedule of Values and Pay Applications

knowledge of Structured cable premise distribution systems and installation labor

knowledge of physical security systems, such as Fire Alarms, Intrusion Alarms, Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems, knowledge of Audio/Visual systems, Public Address and Sound Enhancement systems

knowledge of various indoor and outdoor conduits, pathways, and fill ratios

knowledge of Project Management Scheduling

knowledge of SOW development for subcontractors

The candidate must possess strong oral and written skills and have worked on large Local, County, State and Federal Public projects

The position requires a consistent demonstration of strong project management, design knowledge, and job costing of Structured Cabling, Security (FA, Intrusion, CCTV and Access Control), Audio/Visual, Public Address (Paging) systems, and other low voltage systems

The candidate must review site preparation, manage installation, implementation, and cutovers. Planning/Organization, Dependability, Innovation, and Mentorship are also important skills for this role.

The ideal candidate should have a BS Degree or equivalent and a BICSI RCDD certification. They should also be knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project, MS Office Suite, and Outlook software.
