As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for constructibility, consultation, project management, and coordination with clients on multi-discipline technology projects.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong level of project management, technical and product knowledge in the following areas:

• developing proposals and solution responses to City, State and Federal Government Change Order requests while working in a collaborative manner with Telenet VoIP, Inc's Engineers, Installers, and Managers

• knowledge of ANSI TIA/EIA Standards, BICSI Standards, NFPA Codes

• proficiency in preparation of Schedule of Values and Pay Applications

• knowledge of Structured cable premise distribution systems and installation labor

• knowledge of physical security systems, such as Fire Alarms, Intrusion Alarms, Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems, knowledge of Audio/Visual systems, Public Address and Sound Enhancement systems

• knowledge of various indoor and outdoor conduits, pathways, and fill ratios

• knowledge of Project Management Scheduling

• knowledge of SOW development for subcontractors

• The candidate must possess strong oral and written skills and have worked on large Local, County, State and Federal Public projects

• The position requires a consistent demonstration of strong project management, design knowledge, and job costing of Structured Cabling, Security (FA, Intrusion, CCTV and Access Control), Audio/Visual, Public Address (Paging) systems, and other low voltage systems

• The candidate must review site preparation, manage installation, implementation, and cutovers. Planning/Organization, Dependability, Innovation, and Mentorship are also important skills for this role.

• The ideal candidate should have a BS Degree or equivalent and a BICSI RCDD certification. They should also be knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project, MS Office Suite, and Outlook software.
